Meet Your Team

Ashley Fisher began her career as a Family Specialist with Josiah Whites in 2019. She then progressed to the role of Clinical Supervisor before becoming the Regional Manager in Fort Wayne in 2021. She has a Masters in Social Work from Ball State University. She is working on obtaining her full licensure. Outside of work, Ashley is a Big through Big Brothers Big Sisters, volunteers weekly at Lifehouse Community Church’s Health Clinic, and enjoys bowling, reading, and traveling.

Nicole has been part of the Josiah White’s team since 2020. Before joining the team, she was a Josiah White’s Foster Parent. After having a great experience, she chose to continue making an impact by becoming the Fort Wayne Foster Care Advocate. Nicole and her husband have a wonderfully blended family with five children. In her spare time, you’ll find Nicole camping, hiking, reading or attempting (with no success) to win board games against her kids. As a Foster Care Advocate, Nicole is passionate about spreading the word about our mission and planting the seed in families that they might just have the space, time, and love to make a big difference in the lives of kids in their community.
