Josiah White’s is excited to announce Brady Bolen as the new Student Chaplain.
Brady began serving at Josiah White’s in 2017 as a Family Teacher while attending Indiana Wesleyan University. After graduating, he enlisted in the U.S. Army as a Chaplain Assistant, serving on active duty from 2018-2021. Brady currently serves as a Chaplain Candidate with the U.S. Army Reserves and is a licensed minister through the Church of the Nazarene.
“I feel called to this role not only because I have a passion and desire for preaching, teaching, and seeing teenagers’ lives dramatically changed by the Lord, but also because I firmly believe God has made it clear this is where we need to be,” said Brady. “I am so grateful and thankful in having the opportunity to serve our residents in such a way. I look forward to working with everyone as we spread the love of God to these young men and women.”
Brady holds a bachelor’s in youth ministry from Indiana Wesleyan University and is currently pursuing his master’s in chaplaincy and ministry care. Brady and his wife, Katie, have twins, Everlee and Bennett, and a German Shepherd named Sadie.
