Josiah White’s is excited to welcome Kristina Johnson Nussbaum as the new Vice President of Advancement.
In addition to her passion for serving youth and families, Kristina brings more than 20 years of development and marketing experience to this role. Kristina most recently served as the Chief Revenue Officer with YWCA Northeast Indiana, where she recently completed a $16.7 million capital campaign for the YWCA’s newly acquired facility.
When asked why she feels called to Josiah White’s, Kristina said, “Not every child gets a childhood full of fond memories. Not every child feels valued, or loved. Some make unhealthy choices in their attempt to escape reality. All of this breaks my heart. And, all of this is why I feel called to Josiah White’s. In a world without love, good role models, and proper teachings, a child would have a much harder time fulfilling his/her God-given purpose. I am thankful for the team at Josiah Whilte’s for providing compassionate care and life-changing services for children and their families. We all play a part in this mission, and I feel blessed to be on the team.”
Kristina holds a MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a bachelor’s in management and communication from Concordia University. Additionally, she earned a Certificate in Fund
Raising Management (CFRM) from The Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
Kristina and her husband, Tim, have a grown daughter along with 11 chickens and two German Shorthaired Pointers.
